PUNISHMENT:whoever is a member of an unlawful assembly,shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months,or with fine,or with both.
Section : 143 Cr.P.C.
Magsistrate may prohibit repetition or continuance of public nuisance.--
A {Magistrate of the first class} may order any person not to repeat or continue a public nuisance,as defined in PPC Or may any special or local law. |
