I accept that I have strengths as well as weaknesses in my personality.
I am very strong in bearing different attitudes of the people. I never get disappointed if students don’t give good results instead I find problems which hinder the excellent coming results. My attitude and passion is my greatest strength. Moreover I have the ability to motivate the students to work as I wish.
I have had trouble in the past with planning and priority of different things. I have been much conscious about my short coming. I prepared many class activities to ease the learning of the students but could not perform in the limited class timing. I feel that it is my weakness and it should be removed from my personality. I am now taking steps to correct. I just started using a pocket planner.
